Dr. Lacey Harris
Dr. Lacey Harris grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi, and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Polymer Science, Molecular Biology, and Biochemistry. She then attended the University of Mississippi, receiving her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and graduating valedictorian of her class. She and her husband, a native Houstonian, then moved to Texas for their residencies at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Harris remained at UT Health after graduation, and is currently a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Orthodontics.
She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, Texas Association of Orthodontists, the University of Texas Orthodontic Alumni Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and sits on the board for The Orthodontic Foundation.
She is married to Dr. Chris Harris, a pediatric dentist also practicing in Pearland, and they have two children, Allie & Emerson. They have lived in Friendswood since 2019 and Dr. Harris is very active in local volunteering organizations within Friendswood and FISD school district. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Houston area with her family and their two dogs, cooking, traveling, and exercising.
